While the rooms were basic, the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire establishment added to the overall appeal. the helpful lady at the reception desk made us feel welcomed and even helped us select a reputable tour operator for our adventure to Los Nevados national park. Despite the language barrier, the staff's warmth and dedication to service shone through, reflecting great value for money in a charming setting that thoughtfully combines simplicity and comfort.
