Staying at Casabella provided a truly immersive and authentic experience of Colombian hospitality, where the friendly staff went above and beyond to assist in every way possible. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, with daily room cleanings ensuring a comfortable stay. While the rooms were basic, the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire establishment added to the overall appeal. the helpful lady at the reception desk made us feel welcomed and even helped us select a reputable tour operator for our adventure to Los Nevados national park. Despite the language barrier, the staff's warmth and dedication to service shone through, reflecting great value for money in a charming setting that thoughtfully combines simplicity and comfort.
